Facility Rentals
Planning an informal engagement party? A wedding or reception? A business meeting or off-site retreat? A large family picnic or a surprise birthday party? We've done them all here at the Antique Boat Museum and we'd love to be the site of your next special event. Your guests will enjoy first-class facilities, beautiful views of the River and the unique heritage ambience of our waterfront campus. Advance booking is required for all facility rentals, which are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Here are the spaces you can rent:RIVERSHED (33 picnic tables x 6 each = 198 people)
This outdoor pavilion has a barbeque area and preparation space at one end and a dance floor at the other end. ($15 per person or $750 minimum)
MCNALLY YACHT HOUSE (seating for up to 150)
This magnificent structure on the waterfront is perfect for a wedding ceremony and for entertaining. (Rental Fee = $2,800)
THOMAS SKIFF LIVERY & GAFFNEY PORCH (seating for up to 125)
This authentic River Skiff House with a panoramic upstream view of the beautiful St. Lawrence River is an unforgettable setting for a wedding or private party.
(Rental Fee = $2,800)
RENT BOTH THE McNALLY YACHT HOUSE AND THE THOMAS SKIFF LIVERY/GAFFNEY PORCH FOR $5,000.
GAFFNEY PORCH (seating for up to 60) - With its beautiful sunset view, the porch is ideal for a gracious cocktail reception or charming catered picnic. ($15 per person or $750 minimum)
HAXALL BUILDING BOARD ROOMThis second floor Board Room overlooks the waterfront and the St. Lawrence Seaway. It can be set up for a meeting or presentation and can also be used for a catered meal. ($15 per person or $300 minimum)
HAXALL BUILDING EDUCATION CENTER ((seating for up to 50)
A perfect room for a class, seminar or small conference on the second floor. ($15 per person or $300 minimum)
