Note: This class was previously known as Junior Sailing.
The overall intent of this week-long class is for students to be able to sail out and back in a wide-open space with a partner. Students will learn knots and the basics of sailing. In this class, students will primarily utilize the sunfish and optimists, with occasional activities on C420s.

- Session #1: June 30 – July 3 | 12:30 pm – 4 pm
- Session #2: July 7 – 11 | 8:30 am – 12 pm
- Session #3: July 21 – 25 | 12:30 pm – 4 pm
- Session #4: August 11 – 15 | 8:30 am – 12 pm
Ages: 8-12
Cost*: $180 non-members | $162 members
Registration will open on April 1st.

Due to the limited spaces in the Beginning Sailing program, the Museum must restrict registrations to one session per student. Students wishing to attend a second session will be added to a waitlist.
