Currently operating in the Edward John Noble Historic Stone Building and outside grounds, the Boatyard is open every day and the public is encouraged to come experience maritime culture first-hand. Throughout the open season, guests can watch historic craft go through restoration, ask questions of a master boatwright, or learn about building techniques from the Builder-In-Residence. For those who want to get their hands dirty, craft professionals teach an ever-changing schedule of classes throughout the summer.
