The Captain School – Assistance Towing Endorsement

This endorsement is necessary to offer commercial towing assistance to vessels that are aground or disabled. Students who have completed the OUPV course at another institution and present their certificate of completion or a valid Merchant Mariner Credential upon registration can enroll in the Masters Upgrade and/or Towing Endorsement classes at ABM without needing to register for the OUPV class.
Dates: March 25, 2025
Class and Exam Time: 8 am – 12 pm (Exam time is built into the course curriculum)
Cost: $100 (Includes Exam Fees)
